Fairmont Singapore, the Official Hotel Partner of Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games designed and contributed a commemorative YOG Mascot-inspired royal chocolate praline cake to celebrate the momentous unveiling of the adorable YOG mascots Lyo and Merly. The giant cake weighs more than 30kg and is big enough to be shared by up to 300 persons. It was specially-created by Fairmont Singapore's multi-award winning Executive Pastry Chef Kenny Kong, Chef Artist Choo Heng Boy, together with a team of five top-notch chefs.
