The giant cake weighs more than 30kg and is big enough to be shared by up to 300 persons. It was specially-created by Fairmont Singapore's multi-award winning Executive Pastry Chef Kenny Kong, Chef Artist Choo Heng Boy, together with a team of five top-notch chefs.
